Will your state court judgment be nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. Section 523(a)? Join our esteemed panelists, including the Honorable Christopher B. Latham, Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, as they discuss the interplay between state court judgments and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. The moderated panel will explore facets of nondischargeability under sections 523(a)(2) and (a)(6), collateral estoppel based on state court judgments, and other procedural and practical pointers for both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy court practitioners.
