Event Details:

Please join us for a one hour CLE event about mediating disputes in Bankruptcy Court. A panel of speakers will discuss in detail the mediation process in the Southern District of California Bankruptcy Court. The panelists will explain the mediation process from start to finish, the pros and cons of mediation compared to other ADR alternatives, different styles of mediation, best practices for mediators and parties, and the importance of mediating disputes involving bankruptcy litigation.

This program qualifies for 1 hour general CA MCLE credit.
