Join our esteemed panelists to discuss common ethical issues bankruptcy practitioners encounter. Topics will include the standards set forth in the Bankruptcy Code and the California Rules of Professional Conduct in connect with issues such as disinterestedness, conflicts of interest, special appearances, and attorney compensation. Panelists will discuss how to navigate ethical issues as they arise, how to remedy ethical missteps, and the consequences of failing to live up to applicable standards.
