The panelists will discuss the procedure required in seeking a discharge of student loans. The discussion will include a review of the required forms, including the attestation form.

This program is pending approval by the California State Bar for 1.0 hour California MCLE credit.

The program will be hosted via Zoom. The materials and a Zoom link will be provided to registrants before the program. A password will be provided during the program. Attendees must email the password and their California state bar number to sdbankruptcyforum@gmail.com. Once the program is approved by the California State Bar, the Certificate of Attendance will be sent to all attendees who sent the password and their California state bar number to sdbankruptcyforum@gmail.com.
